Job summary

NCR Atleos in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, maintain, and repair ATM and self-checkout systems for major retailers and financial institutions. You will diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations, and travel within your territory to resolve issues and build customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, basic electronics skills, PC proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Local candidate in the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in PC use, basic electronics, and OS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations issues.
• Manage network faults and remote connectivity for customers.
• Coordinate with customers professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs.
