Job summary

NCR Atleos in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide on-site service for ATMs and self-checkout systems. You will install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment across a defined territory and participate in ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have local geography knowledge, a valid US work authorization, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the territory.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to travel and work rotating/weekend shifts.
• Willingness to carry up to 50 lbs of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service customer sites promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems within assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system overhauls.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, and remote connectivity.
• Triaged customer issues and communicate resolutions professionally.
• Participate in training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
