NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems across a defined territory. You will diagnose issues, coordinate with customers, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with technologies.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience, US work authorization, and a valid driver's license. Expect rotating shifts, travel up to 50 lbs lifting, and potential overnight travel as needed.

Formación

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area
• 1+ years of related experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential job functions including: travel, rotating/weekend shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and standing

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform scheduled maintenance, preventive repairs, and system overhauls
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively where possible
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner focused on resolution
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training provided by NCR Atleos
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies and safety standards
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories to meet operational needs
• May travel overnight to support broader service coverage
