Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to join our San Antonio, TX team. You will perform installations, maintenance, and service on electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems across an assigned territory.

Training is provided to build a long-term career in a high-impact, customer-facing role. The role requires local US work eligibility, a valid driver’s license, and strong PC/electronic skills.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including prolonged travel and rotating/weekend shifts.
• Willingness to work in-field on ATMs and self-checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
