Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking field technicians to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems across assigned territories. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, and participate in ongoing training to grow with the company.

Ideal candidates are locally based in the U.S., with 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Proficient with PC hardware and basic electronics.
• Able to operate common field OS environments.
• Willingness to learn imaging software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance and service calls promptly.
• Service and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems within territory.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
