NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, service, and maintain electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout units. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, coordinate with customers, and travel within an assigned territory to ensure rapid problem resolution.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and willing to participate in training programs.

Formación

• Local candidate in the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driverys license and acceptable driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and operating system familiarity.
• A+ or Network+ certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards; may travel as needed.
