Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians for the San Antonio, TX area. You will be the first line of response, triaging issues, performing installations and service on electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, and coordinating repairs.

Training is provided to help you grow within the role. The position involves travel within the territory, rotating and weekend shifts, and offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have local geographic suitability for the role
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and suitable driving record
• PC skills and basic electronic skills
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
• Prolonged travel with long daily drives
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physical dexterity and ability to manipulate objects of varying size

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair and system overhauls
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
