Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician I to install and service our advanced equipment for customers in the food service industry. You will install core products for new customers and assist with training through troubleshooting and servicing; for existing customers you will handle service, repair, and routine maintenance.

Depot location 16030 Carmenita Rd, Cerritos, CA 90703. Three 13-hour shifts Thu–Sat, starting at 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• This position requires operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand and to climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties.
• Ability to work night installations; schedule may vary.
• Maintain Fleet Safety requirements and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet service labor goals and timelines; adhere to 5S standards.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, HACCP and internal procedures.
• Manage parts and paperwork for service vehicles.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance.
• Train customers on the system as needed.
