Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service the North New Jersey area and Manhattan as needed. The role involves maintaining and upgrading coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software, and office products at client sites, collaborating with branch sales and service teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a technical/field service role, strong electromechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Technical/Field Service or similar technical role
• Impeccable Integrity
• Must be able to access highly secured environments; occupational licenses may be needed
• Strong electromechanical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude
• Personable and able to work with all levels of staff
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
• Proficient in iOS, MS Office and Windows OS
• Ability to set and track goals independently and work as a team
• Able to commit to and meet project deadlines

Responsabilités

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment
• Travel by vehicle to client sites (~90% daily, ~10% overnight)
• Coordinate with branch sales and service teams to satisfy client needs
• Address customer service requests within contract response times
• Maintain vehicle stock parts and ensure cleanliness and maintenance
• Safeguard company assets including tablets and mobile devices
• Perform other duties as required
