Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers across the US and Canada, ensuring seamless operation at customer facilities.

This entry-level role includes a robust 6-month hands-on and virtual training program, with daily travel in the assigned territory and a strong emphasis on customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Willing to travel up to 30% regionally/nationally.
• Ability to obtain gaming license as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergencies.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow the schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow inventory process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-install documents to determine parts needs.
• Gather and report accurately on service activities using field service management tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
• Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.
• Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
