Job summary

Biosense Webster Field Service Team Lead role supporting the eastern half of the US, with field-based work across multiple cities including Boston, Washington DC, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, and New Jersey. You will lead a team of Field Service Engineers in installing, servicing, and repairing cardiovascular equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate with preferably 4/6 years related work experience.
• Or alternative streams with 6 years’ experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology.
• Or Associate degree with 6 years’ experience as a Biomed in hospital environment or in medical field.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical or Computer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with a team of Field Service Engineers in Managing Account Schedule and territory.
• Perform installation, operation, repair and modification of equipment within territory.
• Manage region and schedule to facilitate all technical/engineering work required to support products.
• Respond to customer requests for emergency service and troubleshoot causes.
• Provide guidance to doctors, nurses, and hospital biomedical engineers.
