Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to guide a group of Field Service Engineers in installing, servicing, and repairing cardiovascular and EP equipment across multiple locations. You will manage schedules, ensure quality service, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, project management, and strong communication skills, with travel across assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Project management and leadership experience in field service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Carefully documented problem solving and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Install, operate, repair and modify equipment within territory.
• Manage region and schedules to support products and services.
• Respond to emergency service requests and troubleshoot.
• Guide customers including doctors and biomedical staff; address satisfaction issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and maintain service records.
• Suggest design improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Plan installation phases for new equipment.
• Maintain service management system updates and documentation.
• Handle RMA processing and inventory audits.
• Provide training and regional leadership within the team.
