Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to guide a regional team of engineers in installing, servicing, and repairing cardiovascular devices. The role is field-based and nationwide, with hybrid work options and emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

In this senior position, you will manage accounts, coordinate complex service deliveries, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical or Computer.
• 4–6 years related work experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology (preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/off hours as needed.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Field Service Engineers in managing accounts.
• Install, operate, repair and modify equipment in assigned territory.
• Plan schedules and coordinate with Biosense Webster/MedTech teams.
• Respond to emergency service requests; troubleshoot and fix issues.
• Advise doctors, nurses and hospital engineers; support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and service records.
• Contribute to design improvements and product feedback.
• Process RMAs and manage inventory audits.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance; uphold company guidelines.
• Travel frequently; operate company vehicle with proper license.
