Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to supervise and work with a team of Field Service Engineers, supporting installation, service and repair of Biosense Webster products across the eastern half of the U.S.

This role requires travel, a strong background in biomedical engineering or related fields, and proven leadership with excellent communication and problem solving. The position is field-based with 25% office time and 75% field time.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate with preferably 4/6 years related work experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology (preferred) field.
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience as a biomed in hospital environment or in medical setting.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical or Computer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with a team of Field Service Engineers in Managing Account Schedule.
• Install, operate, repair and modify equipment within assigned territory.
• Manage region and schedule to facilitate all aspects of technical/engineering work.
• Responds to customer requests for emergency service and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide guidance to Doctors, Nurses, and hospital Biomed engineers.
• Devises and implements preventive maintenance programs and maintains service records.
