Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO in Oakland seeks an experienced supervisor for field service technicians. You will coach, mentor, and develop training plans; review hours; collaborate with scheduling; and drive KPI-based improvements in service delivery, quality, and timeliness.

Associates degree in business/ops/technical discipline preferred; 4–7 years of related experience; strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage key accounts while leading a team.

• 4–7 years related experience required.
• Ability to stay organized and connected through multiple forms of communication.
• Strong people leadership with focus on key accounts and business development.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve technicians' work hours, overtime, vacation, and personal time.
• Collaborate with scheduling to ensure efficient use of technician resources.
• Evaluate field technicians' ability to safely deliver quality service.
• Develop personal and technical training plans for each technician.
• Coach and mentor service technicians to improve customer service and communication.
• Address customer feedback regarding service quality and timeliness.
• Drive KPI improvements (tech productivity, First Visit Fix Rate, Windshield/ Wrench Time).
