Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to supervise a team of Field Service Engineers across multiple U.S. locations. You will manage installation, repair, and maintenance of cardiovascular equipment, respond to emergencies, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with travel to assigned sites as needed. Experience in cardiology or electrophysiology and a biomedical engineering background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–6 years related work experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology field (preferred).
• Biomedical engineering background with hospital or clinical systems experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to supervise a field service team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Field Service Engineers in account management and scheduling.
• Install, operate, repair, and modify cardiovascular equipment within territory.
• Respond to emergency service requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide guidance to doctors, nurses, and biomedical engineers; support customer satisfaction.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and maintain service records.
• Collaborate on design improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
