Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to guide a group of Field Service Engineers across the eastern US, including Columbus, OH. The role installs, services and repairs cardiovascular equipment, with emphasis on reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and drive service excellence in a field-based environment. The position requires a strong background in biomedical engineering or electrophysiology, with leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate with preferably 4/6 years related work experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology (preferred).
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience as a biomed in hospital environment or in medical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with a team of Field Service Engineers in Managing Account Schedule.
• Install, operate, repair and modify equipment within assigned territory.
• Manage region and schedule to support all products and services.
• Responds to customer requests for emergency service and troubleshoot causes.
• Provide guidance to Doctors, Nurses, and hospital Biomedical engineers.
• Devise and implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain records.
