Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to guide a group of Field Service Engineers in the installation, service, and repair of cardiovascular and biosense products across the eastern US. This field-based role requires coordinating scheduling, responding to emergencies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role demands strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, with travel 25%–75% depending on site needs.

Qualifications

• Requires vocational/trade certificate or higher.
• Associate degree with relevant cardiology/biomed experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Computer fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Install, operate, repair and modify equipment.
• Respond to emergency service requests and troubleshoot.
• Provide guidance to customers including clinicians and biomedical staff.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and maintain service records.
• Communicate customer expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with design improvements and training of staff.
