Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to guide a team of Field Service Engineers across the eastern US. This field-based role can be based in multiple cities and requires coordinating installation, service and repair of complex cardiovascular equipment.

You will lead, train and mentor staff, ensure safety and compliance, and optimize service delivery while traveling as needed to support customers and site installations.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate with preferably 4/6 years related work experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical/Computer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service engineers to manage account schedules.
• Install, operate, repair, and modify equipment within territory.
• Coordinate regional schedules to support service delivery and customer needs.
• Drive customer satisfaction and communicate issues to management.
• Complete updates in the service management system and process RMAs.
