Job summary

Kelvion Products Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the field service organization, overseeing installation, commissioning, warranty, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heat transfer equipment.

The role requires coaching technicians, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring safe, high-quality work, with collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, and PM to drive improvements. Travel around 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team coaching experience required.
• Experience in field service management is required; strong safety culture.
• Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs; proficient with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop field service personnel.
• Coordinate technician scheduling and manpower planning.
• Support commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Review service reports and quality documentation.
• Develop technician training and certification plans.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and mentor technicians.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and PM.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor KPIs.
• Travel between customer sites; travel ~50%.
