Zusammenfassung

FloWorks is seeking a technical and project leadership professional to support customer installations, maintenance, upgrades, and service projects in a hybrid role. You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver solutions safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a engineering background, strong project management, field service experience with analyzers and PLCs, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support clients across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience managing technical projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain customer site access.
• Preferred: PLC-based automation systems experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).
• Preferred: Process analyzers and analytical instrumentation experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control panel designs.

Aufgaben

• Lead installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of analytical equipment.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items; manage costs and documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on projects.
• Coordinate between engineering, operations, procurement, vendors, and customers.
