Job summary

Megger seeks a Field Technician Supervisor to travel to client sites, perform field sampling, install equipment, and supervise field crews. You will act as the primary field contact, support operations and sales, and ensure safety-compliant, regulatory-aligned field work across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with industrial experience preferred.
• Certification or ability to certify in infrared camera operation and PD detection.
• Experience in customer service and field roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide field sampling and equipment installation for local and national clients.
• Supervise production schedules to meet customer demand and metrics.
• Serve as field/technical services contact and support sales opportunities.
• Interface with clients in technical and customer service capacities.
• Ensure safety requirements and documentation compliance; train technicians.
• Manage equipment, supplies, transportation, and field-related expenses.
