Job summary

FloWorks is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead field teams, inspect installations, and oversee maintenance of industrial valve equipment. You will interpret blueprints and apply expertise in electrical and pneumatic actuators to ensure top performance.

Travel up to 50% is required; on-call and overtime may be needed. Strong communication, safety, and documentation skills are essential. The role emphasizes training crews and ensuring quality workmanship at customer sites.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prefer 4 years of hands-on experience in area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors.
• Must stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds; travel up to 50% overnight.
• On-call and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and mentorship to crew.
• Develops and delivers training programs to enhance crew skills and knowledge.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment, parts, and components on site.
• Conducts site inspections to determine optimal repair methods and sequence.
• Completes documentation, reports, and inspection forms accurately.
• Adapts to changing priorities and supports team goals.
