Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a Maintenance/Field Service Lead to coordinate field service activities and drive maintenance planning for customer sites in the GA region. You will deploy technicians, manage communications, and ensure timely service delivery with a focus on performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 3+ years in related hands-on roles, and 2+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or control technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a mechanical fitter, service technician or commissioning engineer.
• Minimum two years leading or coordinating teams and resources.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Self-directed, able to guide others and identify process improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel/Access and knowledge of SAP software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service activities and preventive/corrective maintenance planning.
• Deploy technicians and manage customer communications and workflow.
• Build and maintain customer relations and promote KNAPP products.
• Support scheduling and prioritization with planners and field teams.
• Maintain records in SAP/ASTA/C4S and generate routine reports.
• Create and manage work orders and asset documentation in SAP/ASTA.
• Plan, track, and execute maintenance activities by priority.
