Job summary

AMERI-CANS is seeking a Field Service Lead in Thomson, GA to supervise maintenance operations, coordinate field activities, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role requires hands-on leadership, problem solving, and the ability to drive field performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and mentor technicians, coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for planning, and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and field coordination skills required.
• Experience with maintenance workflows and field documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and quality control of maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with Inventory Specialist and Maintenance Manager for supplies and planning.
• Lead on-site supervision and support field technicians to complete jobs.
• Operate, drive, troubleshoot, and maintain service trucks and equipment.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Ensure safety protocols and equipment handling requirements are followed.
