Responsible for coordinating field service activities, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, technician deployment, customer communication, and operational workflow management to support customer site performance and service delivery objectives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Supervise and provide guidance for your team to work against time constraints to complete reactive repairs.
• Ensure that the Maintenance Team maintains an excellent level of customer satisfaction while providing acceptable level of commercial return.
• Partner with the Planner/Scheduler to support execution of technician schedules, address coverage gaps, communicate operational priorities, and provide leadership support to field teams.
• Maintain accurate service, maintenance, asset, and work-order records within approved business systems to support reporting accuracy, planning activities, and customer commitments.
• Responsible for data input and daily reporting of ASTA, Planning Tool, C4S, and SAP requirements.
• Maintain and format excel spread sheets and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, and system performance.
• Industry developments and recommend process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational performance.
• Provide maintenance calculations and maintenance solutions to customers.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level using C4S, SAP, ASTA, and Planning tool.
• Create and manage work orders, documentation, and assets within SAP and ASTA
• Coordinate and support Technical Intervention/Call-Outs in C4S as necessary and other approved venues (i.e. teams chat),
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or control technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a mechanical fitter, service technician or commissioning engineer or similar position
• Minimum two (2) years of experience leading, coordinating, or managing teams and resources. Experience in facilities maintenance, field service operations, or preventive and corrective maintenance planning preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them
• Strong Computer skills especially need to have Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access and knowledge of various SAP software

Working Conditions and Environment:

• Travel may be required up to 50%.
• Professional office etiquette is required at all times.
• Physical requirements may include:
• Sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm’s length, reaching over-head, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading
