Job summary

KNAPP in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Supervisor Field Service to coordinate field service activities, preventive and corrective maintenance, technician deployment, and customer communications to support site performance and service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or control technology, 3+ years in mechanical fitting or field service, and leadership experience; travel up to 50% is possible, with strong MS Excel/Access and SAP skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or control technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of relevant experience as a mechanical fitter, service technician or commissioning engineer or similar position.
Minimum two years of experience leading, coordinating, or managing teams and resources; facility/field service maintenance preferred.
Strong MS Excel and Access skills; experience with SAP required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage field service activities, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, and technician deployment.
Support customer communication and service delivery objectives; maintain accurate records in SAP and ASTA.
Plan, schedule and track maintenance activities using C4S, SAP, and Planning tool; create and manage work orders.
