Job summary

You will lead staff, manage workloads, and uphold safety and quality standards while developing teams for future advancement; a valid driver's license, HS diploma, and some leadership experience are required. Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the performance of technicians by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations.
• Provide leadership for staff for future advancement through communication, coaching, training and development.
• Ensure workforce is efficiently managed to minimize negative labor variants.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure accurate work orders and inventory handling to minimize investment.
