Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking a Service Supervisor to coordinate field technicians and deliver outstanding service to our customers in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead staffing, manage performance, ensure safety and quality standards, and optimize work orders, inventory, and returns from job sites while maintaining strong customer communication. 1–3 years of leadership experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated ability to implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong customer-facing abilities.
• Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• 1–3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the performance of technicians by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations.
• Provide leadership for, and develop staff for future advancement through coaching, training and development.
• Ensure workforce is efficiently managed to minimize negative labor variances.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling/discipline, and termination policies.
• Ensure accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling and manage WIP inventory and returns from job site to minimize inventory investment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
