Qualifications

• 10+ years prior field service technician experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop new MIRATECH Field Service Technicians.
• Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions in a loosely structured environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to improve processes and productivity.
• Provide telephone support to customers and technicians, including troubleshooting and parts identification.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate tasks and scheduling with the Field Service Manager to manage workload.
