Job summary

MIRATECH, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a seasoned Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of new equipment.

You will collaborate with engineering and project management, provide telephone support, participate in hiring and training, ensure safety and quality, and travel 25–50% as needed to meet customer schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple field service technicians
• Experience collaborating with engineering and project management to improve processes
• Ability to provide telephone support and troubleshoot customer issues
• Experience conducting performance evaluations and giving feedback
• Willingness to travel 25–50% overnight
• 10+ years in field service or equivalent
• Proficiency with MS Office; pass a proficiency test
• Valid driver’s license and passport

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
• Commission and service new equipment as needed
• Provide telephone customer support and spare-parts identification
• Coordinate tasks and workload with Field Service Manager
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding new technicians
• Maintain calibration of test equipment and tools
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Follow up with customers after service work
• Keep up to date on products, services, and procedures
