Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a seasoned Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of MIRATECH equipment. You will provide technical guidance, coordinate schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective field support.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor technicians while maintaining safety and quality standards across site operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising Field Service Technicians.
• Ability to mentor and develop technicians.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven decision-making in a loosely structured environment.
• Experience coordinating schedules and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians for PM, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to improve processes.
• Provide telephone support and identify replacement parts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and offer feedback.
• Coordinate scheduling and workload with the Field Service Manager.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and calibration; ensure safety and quality.
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of new technicians.
• Ensure timely customer communication after service work.
