Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading regional field service teams with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction accountability.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Field Services operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of commissioning, service, maintenance, repair, and customer support activities.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability for Field Services Supervisors and regional team members.
• Partner with the Manager of Field Services to execute regional staffing plans and long-term operational improvements.
• Drive a strong safety culture by reinforcing EHS expectations and compliance.
• Coordinate customer requests, job schedules, site readiness, and field execution needs.
• Monitor regional KPIs such as utilization, schedule adherence, and quality of completion.
