DCOMM, Inc is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead local branch technicians, mentoring them on the job sites and coordinating with the Project Manager and Office Administration to ensure smooth field operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, safety, and customer service, with a flexible schedule and a company vehicle provided.

Candidates should have 2+ years in the cable industry, strong weighing technicals, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in the cable industry.
• Strong technical competence in industrial weighing.
• High School diploma required.
• Self-starter, able to work with little supervision.
• Team player, able to work in group settings.
• Able to lift heavy objects.
• Able to operate at elevations and in all weather conditions.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and able to drive company vehicle.
• Good verbal/written communication.
• Identify safety hazards related to jobs.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians in the field.
• Troubleshoots and repairs without assistance.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals and help management identify efficiencies.
