Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Supervisor - Field Service to lead and execute day-to-day objectives for service technicians. You will manage routes, coordinate team activities, and develop schedules for timely completion under customer contracts.

The role requires heavy equipment operation skills and geographic mobility across multi-state territories with up to 30% overnight travel. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in business, 3–5 years of supervision in construction, forklift certification, and OSHA

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Bachelors Degree in business required.
• Forklift certified required; OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 preferred.
• 3–5 years of heavy equipment operation (forklift certified).
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of electrical, construction, or mechanical products.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be geographically mobile with up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages service routes from start to finish according to the contract.
• Provides daily direction to Field Service Technicians to ensure timely completion of routes.
• Liaises with project stakeholders and directs customer interaction.
• Sets and manages project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Tracks milestones and delivers progress reports and proposals.
• Manages changes in service routes and develops contingency plans.
• Inspects progress, equipment, and sites to verify safety and specs.
• Maintains a safe working environment and follows safety regulations.
• Completes monthly safety reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
