Modern Machinery in Eugene, OR seeks a Field Service Manager to lead the Field Service team, prioritize work, and schedule technicians to meet customer expectations. You will collaborate with the Service Manager, technicians, and customers to ensure timely and efficient repairs and service delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in supervisory/management roles, technical aptitude, and strong communication. Proficiency in MS Office; a technical degree is preferred.

• Review timecards and ensure efficient work order closure.
• Provide estimates and communicate repair progress to customers.
