Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Five years of diagnosis and repair experience on heavy equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting methods and systems.
• Owns required tools and valid CDL with air brake (DOT-compliant).
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts machine performance and diagnostic tests and decides repair extent.
• Uses troubleshooting methods to diagnose and repair failures.
• Repairs machines in field, shop, or customer locations with possible overtime.
• Documents service reports and time entries; submits daily.
• Communicates issues and repair plans to customers on site.
• Adheres to safety policies and company values.
