Job summary

EWSO seeks a Service Supervisor to oversee field operations across multiple U.S. states.

You will collaborate with the Fleet Manager, supervise Equipment Operators, Electronics Technicians, Mechanics, and MV Electricians, and ensure safe, efficient workflow and compliance with regulations. This role requires 12-hour shifts, 95% travel, strong leadership, safety training, and proficiency with Power BI, Move App, and Asset Manager.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a Lead/Supervisory Hydraulic Fracturing experience or minimum of 6 months experience within an EO Lead role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable MVR; background checks and safety screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field personnel, assigns work, and ensures safe, efficient completion.
• Prepares and inspects equipment; ensures JSA and safety forms are completed.
• Maintains customer contact and coordinates pad moves for planning and execution.
• Coordinates crew movement and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Mentors EO Leads and supports team development; participates in safety training.
