Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, seeks a Lead Field Technician to guide on-site commissioning of building automation systems. You’ll mentor junior field engineers, collaborate with project teams, and deliver precise, reliable system performance for diverse client sites.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, strong communication, and hands-on problem solving, with responsibilities spanning from installation to training owners/operators on complete systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC or technical field.
• Able to climb ladders or lift up to 50 lbs and operate at heights.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site commissioning of building automation systems.
• Mentor and develop less experienced Field Engineers.
• Serve as local technical contact for customers and projects.
• Ensure systems operate properly across controls, sensors, and software.
• Provide turnkey project delivery on medium to large projects.
