Carrier is seeking a Field Engineering Supervisor to lead a team at client sites in the Sullivan, Indiana area. You will mentor field engineers, coordinate project execution, and ensure quality and budget compliance across multiple assignments.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, and liaison work with Project Management, operations, and customers, while maintaining safety and engineering standards. Strong knowledge of building automation and ALC systems is preferred.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in PLC, HVAC controls, or building automation systems.
• 2+ years of team management, supervision, or leadership.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability by company.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to visit job sites regularly, including daily as needed.

Mansioni

• Allocate resources across projects with Project/Branch Ops Managers.
• Monitor budgets and ensure quality standards for field work.
• Coordinate with electrical subcontractors and trades to hit milestones.
• Lead mentorship and training for new hires and current staff.
• Represent clients and ALC in meetings and handoffs.
