Job summary

Provisur is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead Electro-Mechanical Technicians and Field Service Technicians. You will oversee installations, trainings, service work, and 24/7 support coverage, coordinating with engineering and production to improve equipment performance.

Requirements include an associate/technical degree and at least 5 years of experience in service management and team leadership, plus strong communication skills for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in related technical field or equivalent work related experience.
• 5 years experience with a combination of customer and internal communications.
• 5 years experience in a related industry or service management.
• 5 years experience managing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Travel in support of service activities as needed, including installations, training, service work, trouble shooting, field rebuilds, etc.
• Provide leadership to direct reports including employee development, technical support and assistance.
• Ensure 24/7 maintenance support in the region and for the entire Weiler product line.
• Support commercial activities by creating aftermarket quotations, RMAs, credits, allowances, etc and sales efforts to achieve assigned aftermarket and/or equipment sales plan
• Engage with sales, engineering and/or operations on a regular basis to ensure alignment of resources and contribute to process improvement and product enhancements.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
