Job summary

Provisur Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced supervisor for Electro-Mechanical and Field Service Technicians. Lead installations, training, and 24/7 support, while coordinating with engineering and production to improve equipment performance and safety.

You will oversee staff development, ensure regional maintenance support, and collaborate with sales and operations to align resources and drive improvements across the Weiler product line.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in related technical field or equivalent work related experience.
• 5 years experience with a combination of customer and internal communications.
• 5 years experience in a related industry or service management.
• 5 years experience managing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Travel in support of service activities as needed, including installations, training, service work, trouble shooting, field rebuilds, etc.
• Provide leadership to direct reports including employee development, technical support and assistance.
• Ensure 24/7 maintenance support in the region and for the entire Weiler product line.
• Support commercial activities by creating aftermarket quotations, RMAs, credits, allowances, etc and sales efforts to achieve assigned aftermarket and/or equipment sales plan
• Engage with sales, engineering and/or operations on a regular basis to ensure alignment of resources and contribute to process improvement and product enhancements.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
