Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a technical service environment.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Technicians in all service activities for the Slicing line.
• Coordinate installations, assign personnel, and oversee scheduling.
• Supervise service visits, review reports, and ensure timely work orders.
• Ensure documentation of service calls, shipments, installations, and invoicing.
• Promote safety and develop the FST team through training.
