Job Title: Field Service Specialist

Do you enjoy solving customer problems? Do you excel at troubleshooting scientific instruments?

Metrohm USA, the North American division of Metrohm AG (Herisau, Switzerland), a leader in laboratory instruments for analytical testing and research, is seeking an experienced Field Service Specialist to join our team. The candidate should be based in the greater Dallas area, providing service to customers in Dallas, Texas, and eastern Oklahoma, with potential travel within the South region.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform on-site repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, and refresher training on scientific instruments.
2. Travel to various labs, meet clients, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
3. Support clients face-to-face, via phone, email, and remote tools like Teams or TeamViewer.
4. Prioritize and manage a busy schedule across a large territory.
5. Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. BS/BA in Chemistry or related field.
2. At least 4 years of hands-on repair experience with scientific equipment.
3. Experience traveling for work is a plus.
4. Valid driver's license and insurable Motor Vehicle Report.
5. Successful completion of background check, employment, education verification, and drug screening.
