Job description

The Field Services Representative helps the Company achieve its core value of being Customer Focused by servicing our racking customers within their defined territory. This includes making sales calls on existing customers and securing new customers.

Responsibilities

1. Makes sales calls in your territory, maintaining existing customers and earning new business.
2. Reviews customer needs, including products requiring rework or repair, and new projects requiring quotations.
3. Picks up and drops off racks within your territory.
4. Acts as the face of the company, bridging sales and customer service.
5. Works cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and engineering.
6. Reports to the sales representative within your territory.
7. Requires excellent communication skills, mechanical aptitude, significant driving, and dedication to sales growth and customer service.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications
