Job summary

Technical Safety Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Planning Coordinator to keep our field teams running smoothly and ensure every service visit delivers on our safety and quality commitments at client facilities.

You will coordinate schedules, manage monthly inventory, review field work orders, assign tasks to technicians, and resolve issues quickly. We offer training, comprehensive benefits, PTO and holidays, plus interview with the Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in field service, customer service, or scheduling/coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, shift priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and scheduling platforms; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client communications and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Manage monthly inventory lists and schedule service items according to PO/payment.
• Organize and schedule field service work orders, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Review daily field service orders, assign tasks to technicians, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve client or technician issues that arise during service delivery.
