Job summary

Technical Safety Services (TSS) seeks a Field Service Planning Coordinator to keep customer operations running smoothly and ensure timely field service delivery. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage repairs, and communicate with clients to support safety and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and collaboration with field technicians, with onsite work at customer facilities and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in field service, customer service, or scheduling/coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization.
• Independent and problem-solving mindset, able to work solo or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms; able to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, provide clear product/service information and handle repair requests.
• Manage monthly inventory lists, ensure items requiring service are scheduled after PO/payment collection, document missed items.
• Organize and schedule field service work orders, prioritizing for efficient service delivery.
• Review daily field service orders, assign tasks to technicians, monitor progress.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues that arise during service delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
