Responsibilities

• Receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
• Coordinates labor scheduling to align technicians with customer and service needs.
• Communicates the action plan and services to be provided to the customer.
• Ensures work meets customer expectations and follows up as needed.
• Answers customer inquiries and resolves or escalates issues when appropriate.
• Debriefs activities daily and maintains daily schedules for technicians.
• Maintains up-to-date customer account information in NxGen to support call management and scheduling.
• Supports with time and expense reporting and timesheet accuracy.
• Performs other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
