Job summary

Avidity Science is seeking a Field Service Coordinator in Waterford, WI to act as the key liaison between customers and field technicians. This role supports the Professional Services team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will coordinate scheduling for technicians, manage preventive maintenance and warranty orders, and assist with invoicing and case work in Salesforce.com. A strong emphasis on communication and organization is essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Minimum of two years’ scheduling experience in a service-based industry.
Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service support for an assigned territory for internal and external customers.
Coordinate and schedule professional service technician resources to meet customer requirements.
Process and schedule all preventive maintenance and warranty orders.
Process invoices for preventive maintenance and service calls.
Review and manage all Salesforce.com cases assigned.
Close preventive service agreements folders and Oracle sales orders as required.
Report job status to Supervisor and Manager.
Coordinate all travel arrangements for technicians.
