Job summary

Bühler Group in Minnesota is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support our Field Service Engineers and ensure exceptional service for customers. You will coordinate daily field service activities, serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, and help drive efficient service execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and relationship-building abilities for working with diverse people.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette is essential.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and problem solve in high pressure situations.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills.
• Able to type 50 wpm or more.
• SAP or similar ERP experience is preferred.
• Familiar with manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to adapt in a changing environment.
• Able to work independently within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Create customer quotes, orders, and purchase requisitions in SAP.
• Follow up with customers on pending quotes, purchase orders, revisions, and scheduling.
• Schedule and track jobs in SAP Connect.
• Provide Field Service Engineers with necessary job information (travel, machine data, contacts).
• Be the first point of contact for scheduling with Field Service Engineers.
• Follow up with parts needed per job.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers, both domestic and international.
• Escalate concerns to the Team Lead when necessary.
• Edit trip reports, approve time in Connect, and maintain CATs reporting.
• Support CAQ and Bühler's Quality Process through SAP and scheduling.
• Must arrive to work predictably and promptly.
• Manage miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed.
